| Manufactured Home Registry | The Manufactured Home Registry is responsible for the administration and regulation of manufactured homes pursuant to the Manufactured Home Act. MHSD provides temporary assistance, disability assistance, supplementary assistance and employment programs for British Columbians in need. | Service BC Centres in specific communities (see listing provided below) provide information, brochures and forms regarding Ministry of Housing and Social Development programs and services. These Service BC Centres are also able to witness signatures, verify identification and accept and forward documents to the Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance. | Offshore Oil and Gas | The Offshore Oil and Gas website tracks the activities of the British Columbia Offshore Oil and Gas Branch. | OneStop Business Registry | OneStop Business Registry allows one to register a business or change a business address, and complete multiple government applications quickly and efficiently. |
Forms to register a society or a partnership/proprietorship are available from your local Service BC Centre. Service BC Centres can assist in the Reservation of the Business Names for Societies, Co-Operatives, Partnerships/Proprietorships, BC Corporations and Extraprovincial Companies and usually take two working days to finalize the transaction. |

| Provincial Emergency Program | The function of the Provincial Emergency Program (PEP) is to maintain effective awareness, preparedness, response and recovery programs to reduce the human and financial costs of emergencies and disasters. In this role, PEP works closely with local governments, provincial ministries and agencies, federal departments and volunteers |
Service BC Centres carry a supply of "Disaster Financial Assistance Registration of Intent to Claim" forms. This form is used by members of the public who have suffered damage due to an emergency or disaster recognized by PEP, to inform the program of their intent to claim financial assistance. Service BC Centres also provide access to the PEP website via the CATs. |

Community Access Terminals (CATs) are available in Service BC centres. These terminals provide access to information on government programs and services, as well as electronic applications for a wide variety of government services. Service BC staff can assist the public with a brief overview of the use of the CATs. Service BC Centres also sell licences directly to the public. |

| Residential Tenancy Branch | The Residential Tenancy Branch provides landlords and tenants with information and dispute resolution services. |
Service BC Centres act as a third party in the dispute resolution process by accepting application and payments and forwarding to RTB for processing and hearing scheduling. Some Service BC Centres may hold in person hearings, but don’t participate in the process. Most are by conference call. Service BC Centres also provide copies of "A Guide for Landlords and Tenants in British Columbia", and the various forms and fact sheets associated with Residential Tenancies. |

| Rural Property Taxes | The Ministry of Small Business and Revenue Property Taxes webpage provides information about Rural Property Tax, Homeowner Grant, Property Transfer Tax, Property Tax Deferment, School Tax, and First Nations Self-Taxation. | Service BC Centres accept payments and Home Owner Grants for rural property taxes, and conduct tax searches, address changes and initiate duplicate notices if the original is lost.
