In Person

Service BC Centres – Government Agents

Service BC Centres (previously known as Government Agent offices) are located in 59 communities throughout British Columbia.  We deliver hundreds of services on behalf of ministries and agencies and serve more than two million people annually.

These centres are one stop points of contact for over 700 services provided on behalf of provincial ministries, agencies, Crown Corporations, other levels of government and private sector organizations.

Citizens can access information, complete transactions, and receive assistance from our highly trained staff with forms, permits, licenses, registrations, and community access terminals (CATS) for public Internet.

Community Access Terminals

Access to online services is also available through Community Access Terminals, located in Service BC Centres - Government Agents offices

Community Access Terminals (CATs) are available in Service BC Centres.  These terminals provide improved access to the government programs and services by providing a location in each community where the public can go to use the Internet to obtain government information, make application to government programs electronically and access a wide variety of information pertaining to all levels of government.

CATs are located in the public area of each office with a printer located behind the counter for CATs printing.  Up to five pages of printing are provided free of charge with additional pages costing $.25, plus applicable tax, per page. CATs assist the government in its goal of enhancing electronic service delivery of government programs and information to the people of British Columbia.
